Welcome to the 2023 IEEE OES 13th National Technical Seminar on Unmanned System Technology.

This conference aims to provide a platform for researchers, scientists, engineers, academicians, as well as industrial professionals from all over the world to share, discuss and disseminate their current R&D activities and experiences related to the field of underwater system technology, including relevant theories as well as applications.

NUSYS 2023 focuses on exploring new technology and approach to utilizing the vast resources of the oceans, developing new engineering strategies for the preservation of the oceans eco-system, as well as providing a specialized forum for discussing the future of underwater system technology.
